How true is that, you are sooo right!!! I am so thankful for everyones help. Some people helped me to laugh, while others gave good advice, and others helped in other ways. The hubby didn't understand before why I love this site sooo much, now he knows, and he even comes on it too now!!!! Another BYC fan!!!!

So glad you got some results. So many people are lazy and take no pride in anything they do. I have had good and bad postal delivery and boy do I miss the good ones. Hopefully the good ones are the ones that get to move up in the company. Maybe this is why you eventually get someone who cares. Anyway good to see someone was sorry.

So you think talking about how roughly packages are handled makes you look better? You know people ship eggs all the time. All my chickens came from shipped eggs. They arrive just fine after going on a plane. Mine came from GA, VA, and the west coast. Not a single one broken. I've also ordered live fish and snails and they all arrived fine. The biggest reason is my local PO. My packages that come to the door are always sitting upright in a sheltered spot after being set there. If they think the weather is going to be bad or the ride on the truck might not be good they call me every time they see a priority or express mail package for me. Most of the damaged packages I know of were broken by the local post office right before they got to the person. I only know of one that got shut in an airline door. Otherwise they arrive fine provided the local post office is good.

I have seen mail carriers throw packages out the door or back of the truck to smash on the driveway. I know someone lost several $1000 in saltwater fish because of that. It's entirely possible and these people need to be reprimanded at minimum and fired preferably. Do you actually work at the post office? Cause anyone who has time to hunt down some unhappy customer just to call them a liar isn't doing their job very well and has a very unprofessional attitude.
