Good one!!!! That would be funny! I did receive eggs, I am afraid that even though they aren't broke, that they might have shook the boxes up out of spite, we will see in a few days when I candle. And for all of you who don't know there are postal regulations that state that boxes of hatching eggs CANNOT be thrown or put into mail bags!! And to all of you who ship eggs, you can write on the box OUTSIDE MAIL, Postal Regulations Service Manual 334-525 and 334-53. I will find out what it means, but it is supposed to help keep your hatching babies safe during delivery.
Thanks, Chrissie

For real!! Maybe I will even send some of my own to me!!! I can go to the P/O in the next town over!!! Did you help me out again??? If so, that was awesome, I ws just about to call the woman, and she called me and already knew about the "mail master". I am sending her a copy, that is what the envelope was for and so I could put in writing what happened and include pictures and so forth!!!

Nope just the one time, I feel sure the grand master will take care of the issue. She sounds like she is pretty furious and I am glad someone finally cares! Way to go "grand master". I applaud you! I will help out again if it becomes necessary. The posse is ready anytime!

Nope, I am just here enjoying watching this play out and seeing the stupidity on the mail master's part. I don't like getting people in trouble but she brought this all on herself!

Hmmmm, I wonder who e-mailed and told her about the "mail master's" post, because someone did, whoever it was, THANKS!! I guess I really do have a posse. I am figuring that this woman cares due to the fact that there are postal regulations that protect our hatching eggs. And it just proves how NOT uncommon it is!!! Anyway, way to go posse!!! Thanks a bunch!! I couldn't haave gotten this far this fast without all of your help!!!
Chrissie

I just figured she was reading along as things progressed! She does not sound like a dumb woman. Pretty smart cracker there!!! We gotta take care of our own you know. LOL

I like those shades, like the men in black lol.

Your too funny!! I felt like telling the pstmaster when Pecker was yelling (cockadoodling) at her that he is my watch rooster!!! And his name is Pecker for a reason!!! He's huge and you definitely don't want to mess with his mama!!!!LOL!

Nope, they are in their run right now! We are taking a ride to return the cans and bottles. We use the money for the chickens food! They only free range when I am outside. We have a red fox that prances diectly through the middle of our yard to get to the field behind, and a hawk that it seems just figured out the chickens are here. Now that all the leaves have fallen form the trees, he can get a better view. We put a tarp over the top of the run for now until we can get the metal roofing up!

chrissie dont' worry --There's a whole topic on the index about laws regarding chickens and How to change them-- Look on the index. If it comes to that Maybe we all can come up with a posse for that situation too. I read some of the threads on that topic and there are a lot of smart cookies over there when it comes to laws and such---
