    Well, now, you can tell those birds ain't bred for the table. Very striking breed! Are they difficult to raise?

    The pyle rooster is very aggressive. although hes very fertile and very protective over his girls.
    I wouldn't say there hard to raise, Its more like hard to hatch.
    They are modern game bantams. Very hardfeather and extremely gamey.

    Why are they hard to hatch? Years ago my father in law bred game birds and he alway had his incubators full. I guess the hens were not very broody.
