I've got a couple going through a lighter molt, one in particular.
At the beginning, she was 'quieter', seemed to eat less and wasn't as active.
I kept a close eye on her, and after about a week, she perked up and started foraging and eating more again, even though the feather loss continued. (She really didn't sneeze, however).
Her comb is more pale than normal.

Mine also like some sardines as a nice protein treat as well.
Pumpkin seeds are a bit higher in protein, for seeds, so I coarsely grind these (yes, I probably don't need to, but I do) and add them to a bit of oatmeal.
