My mom doesn't like my eyeliner...

Now this I don't understand, and I admit it. If I were to allow foundation, etc then your tastefully done mascara would have been just fine.

I did buy my daughter mineral eyeshadows, etc for the holidays. I imagine she'll be happy with that.

Hahaha! You never saw my face when I was a teen! Or now, that is... I needed it then, I need it now that I'm 31. Then again, the skin on my face is really red in the t-zone, and yellow everywhere else. Without foundation, I look like I was smacked center of my face.

What a picture you bring to mind!!!! I am much the same actually, and as I have aged and just not given a crap, I notice how people think I am YOUNGER.

I got i.d'd at the store buying a bottle of wine last week. Seriously, the guy was about my dad's age and was dead certain that I was some young kid. I wasn't wearing makeup and my hair was down (mid-back) so I guess I looked like one of the local teens.

Permanent makeup? I've heard of it. I think it's silly and wouldn't do it myself. It takes the fun out of putting it on in the morning.
