My mottled Japanese is sick like this

what should i do about this chick.
its bottom seems swollen.
im treating it with antibiotics and painkillers.

please help.

I'm not seeing the problem. Is it just lethargic and not walking? That isn't their brooder, right? What "painkillers" did you give it? That is my biggest concern.

I gave paracetamol. It’s called CALPOL 6 Plus here in Pakistan. Used for human babies and kids.

Also I gave amoxilicin.

Dont you think the redness at the back and the no hair situation is dangerous?

One is okay but the other one seemed lethargic and didn’t move much

Can you get close up photos of the chicks skin? It seems both of them have bald areas near their tails that is not quite normal. How are they eating, drinking and what is their poop like? Are there any respiratory symptoms? Have you checked them over for parasites like mites?

How do I check for mites?

No respiratory symptoms

They drink and eat normally.

Their poop is like the way it has always been. Neither very hard not very liquidy
