So we got Cocoa about 3 weeks ago, we adopted her from an spca organization that saves puppies.
They don’t have any info on the parents and she does look very much like a chocolate lab, but they told us husky mix? Any input?
Also how big do you think she will get 8 week- 10 lbs
9 weeks - 13 lbs
11 weeks 18 lbs
1st picture was the day we got her, last picture was just this week!

She’s a lovely puppy. Look intelligent. What is making you say husky? I am not seeing it. Puppy’s eyes are not the same color as they will be when they are adults if that’s what you’re going by. Also that white patch might or might not be something she grows out of later on. Either way, it doesn’t matter. Congratulations on the new member of your family.

Thanks for the replies! We love her regardless! I was puzzled by them saying she was a husky mix. More curious on how big she will get!

She does appear to me to have a very wide snout. Her eyes are 100% lab. IMO there are two lab types the run all day birders with the thinner body types and the cuddle monsters and I would rate yours as the latter non working type of lab. Congrats!

Pound pups are always a wildcard. Looks like she might have some Chesapeake bay retriever in her?
