I just got a new 6 week old chick from my next door neighbor but she isn't fitting in very well. My other chickens pick on her all the time and show no signs of liking her yet. I don't know how much longer she can take this. HELP!

How old are your other chickens? It's usually best to wait until your younger ones is fully grown. At 6 weeks she is still young and will be an easy target for your others. I find the look but don't touch method works well and gives everyone a chance to get aquatinted before they can get to to each other. Have a read of this article ~ https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/introducing-new-chickens-using-the-see-but-don-t-touch-method

If she can't take anymore I would remove her as soon as possible so she does not get injured.
