We are cutting down the trees for my new peacocks pens.We are building 7 pens and runs which will be 32x10 and 8ft. high with a 8x10 house for each pair

You could save one of those logs and put it in the pen. You could use them as a perch or just as a log on the ground that bugs will get under and then you can flip it over and the peas will get a bug treat. If some of the logs are really wide you can stand them up and the peafowl love to perch on logs to preen or eat treats.

They are going to love scratching around in those leaves.
