My new cheap homemade quail bator.What do you think?(PICTURES)

Here is a few pics,what do you think,would there hatch eggs you think?(if they are fertile of course)!!!?? I turn them 3 times a day,and they have the temp. and the humidity shown in the picture.My heat source is a 40 watt bulb and it is a still air.
