My new chick is shaking her head and picking her feet. help!

I just got her today from tractor supply. she is 1 or 2 days old im not sure. she started twitching her head and running around lke crazy. she keeps trying to wipe her beak on anything all while twitching her head. i'm not sure whats wrong with her. she does have a little red spot inbetween her nostrils. she is an amerucana. please help! she looks frantic!

This morning she is doing ok. i think the red dot that was on her beak was bothering her. no more twitching or freaking out. Thank god!
