My new chick is sick and i dont even know what breed it is

I recently just got my first set of chicks today from meyer hatchery. All of them are acting normal except one.. She is not very respinsive and just sits there making quiet chirping noises.. She wont move and wont drink unless i dip her beak in water. No matter what i do she wont drink..she is a bantam and i also. Can not identify what breed she is scince she wad the bantam grab bag.closest i can find is a wellsummer.. Does anyone have any suggjestions as to how i should help her and is this normal in some case.. I wil include pics

Have you checked it for pasty butt? Being caked up back there is a common problem and often causes them to cheep constantly as they strain to poop. The brooder being too warm can cause this problem. Soaking in warm water and gently rubbing to remove dried on faeces and application of a little Vaseline or similar to prevent clogging up again is the way to treat it. Sometimes repeated soaks and cleaning out of the vent with a wet cotton bud (Q-tip) are required to un block them.
 
I did no sighns of pasty butt she was like this when i firdt pulled her out of the box thos afternoon there was one other chick who was acying simmilar to her except isnt as bad i feel so bad yhat i do t know whats wrong with them
