Same here. I can still hustle through a job if I have to. Say, if I have to get it done before it gets dark or pours rain. But otherwise, I pace myself. I also pause a lot; stand up straight, stretch out my arms, or whatever to keep things aligned and loose.
If anyone ever asks, I will tell them I'm into "contemplative raking" or weeding, or wood stacking.
Coffee and tea done and now 2nd coffee. Sunshine over here, it is going to be a dry heat day.
I hear and feel your physical sore/ache/pain be it from the gym, working too hard or just the usual change with time. This morning I woke up with oh...can I just stay in because I have no energy to move.
The feather kids are fighting each other to get out of the coop as they can see the day light. I can feel the pulsation and burning sensation from the middle of my back. I thought if I collapse while doing my chicken work, it would be a good laying down to rest. Drank my big cup of tea and I am still moving, I would prefer to just collapse. ..so the day started badly and it got better after a few hours of moving slowly, wishful thinking of collapsing, need to get Chiro adjustment today!
The sound of lawn mowing and trimming from my neighbours, chickens singing egg songs, and the rhythm of my mid back pulsation, I have a wonderful day ahead of me. My day always come with varieties.
