Good morning Cafè. Coffee is ready.

We had a bit of ice on the elevated roads here yesterday. I discovered that when I went for a couple of quarts of raw honey from the Ukraine couple I buy from yesterday after I left work. I was out of honey so the trip was entirely necessary.

@DobieLover, thank you for supporting a beekeeper. Honey is one of the most adulterated/inaccurately labeled foods on the market.

I'm sure I've said this before, but it bears repeating: Honey can be up to 10% something else and still legally labeled "100% pure honey."


Beekeepers are rightly proud of their product. I would bet that if any one keeper were selling adulterated honey, word would get around fast and they'd be out of business.
