My New Coop "Alcatraz" - need all the advice that I can get

Great news, today my red star laid our first egg. The leg horn hasn't laid yet but we should be getting eggs from her real soon. I can't wait until the other 6 pullets begin to lay.

So they are using the ladder to come down but aren't really using the slide portion. I was hoping to get them to slide down.

That was soooo funny!! Silly little chickens...go figure!!

This is a picture of the chickens through the clear corrugated roof. I like this idea because it is easier than shingles. And doesn't allow any water to get in so no mud.

This is extra corrugated roofing that i have. I put it on the back of the coop instead of painting or putting siding. What do you think?
