This is my new coop/run. It's all incorported, not a seperate coop or such. Patty (patyrdz), her husband, and his son came from Carthage to build this for me. Me and Patty mostly just got in the way. They are incredible builders, very good at it and even though they picked on me (HUH?! LMAO) it was a blast. They didn't finish, but Rome won't built in a day either. I felt bad for them because I hid in the shade with Patty.
So day 1:
This is the view from the gate, I think it's like 7x8? Almost 8x8. The door is under the 2 wood peices.
This is the front. You can see how they braced it very well in every corner. Chon hit it hard and it didn't even budge! That's a good coop.
This is the door and the side. We have to finish putting wire on and cover it with deer netting.
This is the roof. Well part of it... They used silicone to seal the gap between the plywood and screw holes. Nino walked right acrossed it and it help him no problem.
This is the nest box he made me. On skids to keep the bottom dry and some overhang
