My new coop!

Two thoughts: I didn't see the vents. Are they up under the soffits? The other thing is that you'll probably want to add something to the latch for the pop door. They say that a raccoon can fiddle with and open latches like that.

Very, very nice! I would seal it, too; I love natural wood.

But I am also concerned about ventilation; unless it is not visible in your pics, that coop looks way too well sealed.
