My new coop!

To answer the general populace, I'm not going to quote people but here are the general statements:

Ventilation:
I'm looking at it and trying to figure out if it does have enough, but the windows do open and I can leave them cracked/open during the day for now.

Sealing/Painting/Stain:
I'm looking into the best option, but it will get something.

Latches:
I'll pick up clips or something soon.

Roosts:
I'll flip them when I find/buy the square head for the drill, but for the time being they work.

Where did I get it:
A local place, that name currently is drawing a blank but I'll post the name soon.

Know some less popular questions:
Quote:
I didn't design it they bring some in and build others, and you can look at the book and order one or you can choose one of their designs from the ones they have built on the lot. This one the only change from the one we viewed was the pop doors location.

Butter Scotch and his brother Carmel love the chickens and like to hangout with them, but for the time they can't visit due to the lock down until the chickens learn their new home. But here is an old picture of when they (the cats) first showed up, in my old coop:

All I can say is HOLY COW!!!! You know it's all going to go to their little birdie heads. They'll want to be addressed as "Your Majesty" from here on out.

Wow, super nice that. I would suggest adding hardware cloth over the windows and over the other wire inside. Can't be too careful when it comes to predatory resourcefulness.
