My New Emu Eggs, 8 total.

Does anyone else have weights for there emu eggs?

Yeah, those weights you have, the eggs are well into the development stage...my eggs that I just set all averaged about 590g give or take.

You should probably deduct at least a week off your incubation duration...I set my incubator at 97F and call it good.

awesome I wish I could take a few weeks off my time. There are gonna be so many emus on byc they will have to start a seperate forum

yeah..we could call it "BYE" Back Yard EMus...

I have 4 more EMu eggs coming early next week that I'll be setting as a staggered hatch with the current 3..so I'll have 7 total in my bator by next week.

New Weights are in... I weighed my eggs, and each egg weighed less... Thats a good thing right? What weight do eggs normally hatch at?
