My new frizzle

What breed would you say this is I know its frizzled but could it be a batam cochin?I don`t think he even weights a pound and he is about two years old

He is CUTE. I love the color & it looks like he has some really pretty gold feathers on his neck & shoulders? Are you sure he's that old though? he just looks younger, my cochin roos always had bigger waddles at that age, he still looks kind of "baby-faced"

Considering his longer(looking) tail & the gold, he could be a mix of bantam breeds Or a mixed color bantam Cochin.... I have a very cute little cochin roo colored just like him
