My new Hen is laying, sporatic, but laying

Yeah! we have eggs...the new broad breasted bronze is laying, albeit sporadic but given she has not been with us a week yet, I am encouraged. Hopefully. my Gould's hen will begin soon....(and my Tom quits just strutting and does something with his girls)
