My new project... Ameraucanas

    Introducing my new beauties! I think I am going to name this guy Harry, no names for the hens yet. I'm so excited to start working on these. I just think they are so pretty. I also got some pretty buff orpington hens from Jody, but no pictures yet. I was freezing outside getting everyone all settled in. Plus I now have a full incubator of eggs.     Now those are "true" ameraucanas in the black variety. You will enjoy having those birds....nice lookers!!! They have a green sheen to their feathers and are so pretty! Enjoy. [​IMG] Soonerdog

    Thank you all, I am just so excited about them. Once I learned what a true Ameraucana was, I just had to have the real things. Can't wait to hatch some babies. [​IMG]
