My new Rouen duckling has an injured leg and I don't know how to help her!!

I noticed that my Rouen duckling has an injured leg. I just got her on Saturday, but didn't notice until yesterday. She has not grown at the same rate as the others, but she does seem to be able to get to food and heat. Is there anything I can do to help her?

Depending on where the injury seems to be, rest and a few days to check for improvement or you could try splinting/ bandaging for support.
