My new Shamo's!

Thanks for getting the pictures online. Beautiful birds! I've got some eggs on the way from a breeder in Illinois. Here's a photo of the parent stock. They're Wheaton Shamo. I don't have any photos where you can see the hens, but they really are pretty.

Yes. There were two auctions at the same time for 8+ eggs each. I hope I receive 10 or 12. I know the postal service can be hard on shipped eggs. I've been reading about the Shamo and its origins. Fascinating. I'll let you know how the hatch goes.

I love the whites! I am already looking for some more of these crazy cool birds.I cant believe I'm sayin this,but they are startin to my favorite breed. Now I just won an auction for some Thai eggs.Gonna see what they are like.

I received 10 eggs and 6 hatched. Here is my hyper jumper. He tries to fly out of the brooder, so I put him on top of the brooder cover and showed him that his buddies were all on the inside. He hasn't attempted to escape since. I'm in awe of the tree-trunk legs on these chicks. They all look like wrestlers.

They look different, you can tell they are shamos. Your chicks are too cute. He looks like hes going to be smart.
