Compared to the other 3 crowing siblings I am holding onto hope that she is a pullet. I have 3 Golden Laced Polish and 2 have V combs, wild crests and iridescent saddle feathers growing. This one does not have the V comb and the crest is filling out becoming softer, and she is not crowing. The other 2 polish I have are White Crested and one is a cockerel (crowing, large red wattles and crazy crest) and Bella (small pale wattles and soft crest). So I am waiting and hoping I get at least one of each kind of Polish hens from the bunch. Another 2 months till they are old enough to lay.I have Polish, and your Roxanne does not look like a pullet to me.

That is if it is a boy, of course! I have been fooled haha!Yep, Roxanne looks like a Rocky to me. Saddle feathers and spiky do. I love my polish roo. I couldn't part with him. He's got so much character, so if you are able to keep yours he might end up being your favorite bird!
Agreed ... looks maybe a little more "blue" than "pink!" Rocky?I have Polish, and your Roxanne does not look like a pullet to me.
