My one chicken isn't laying eggs!! help dont know what to do with her.

My one chicken hasn't layed in about two weeks. As of right now i have 13 chickens, 2 older ones(less then a year old) and 11 other little ones. one of the older one hasnt layed her eggs and i am nervous that i will have to get rid of her. my one sister pickers her us all the time and we got her to stop that thinking it was stress, but i just dont know what to do, help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What breed is the hen? Some breeds take a break once and a while for no apparent reason. If your sister just stopped picking her up and that was causing stress it could be a few days or a couple weeks till she starts laying again.

Have you noticed feathers around the coop? If so, she may be molting, and that can last for a few weeks.
Stress won't put the chickens out forever, hopefully she'll pick up again in a few days.
But one year old, she's certainly got more steam in her yet.
