My friend and coworker just converted a detached garage into a coop.
I gave him my Blue Orp roo and Splash Orp hen, Buff Orp hen, and a lucky
Cornish Rock hen that came with my fryers. They will free range every day
on lots of acres and have a wonderful chicken life. I miss them but must be
strong.

I feel for you PC, it has to be hard....giving up a lot of things all at once...just saying 'hello' and hope it gets better for you.

Thanks everyone. All is well. Just a few bumps in the road on this
highway called life has made it neccessary to rehome my birds, or at
least downsize to a small laying flock.

Kristin, how close are you to Brooklyn, CT? You may be able to hear
Blue crowing.

Thanks CZ. It's all ok though because I have these little vinyl purple
chickens stuck on things to make me smile.
