My Peking was attacked by a raccoon.

Hello, my almost 2 year old Peking Fred was attacked by a raccoon on Thursday. We brought him in the house immediately and put him in the tub, I cleaned his open wound with iodine and we put him into a Rubbermaid in our wet bar. He ate and drank on Friday morning and today I notice his neck and chest is swollen. Any suggestions on what I can do next, my daughter was devastated by the loss of "different eye" in the same attack. I don't want her to lose Fred as well. Thanks in advance for any help.

Make your pen predator proof.........Sounds like fluid build up in his chest...A Vet will need to continue treatment..
