My pet chicken.com?

I have 7 from MPC and my cousin has a dozen or so. Mine are just over 1 year old and hers are varying ages. All doing well, good layers, healthy seeming otherwise. They were good with replacing any chicks that didn't make it.

Most of my flock came from MPC. None ever had any major health issues, other than one who was progressively more lame as she got bigger, but one issue out of 20 or so birds isn't bad. Their customer service is great. I highly recommend them.

If price isn't a factor then you'll probably be happy sourcing from them.
If price is a concern just about everywhere else is cheaper.
My biggest issue is their "designer" breeds which is just where they cross two different breeds and then charge 5 Xs the price of either breed for the mixed breed chicks.

I have never bought chicks online, but I did check out "Mypetchicken" and i found out they have really high prices. 4 chicks is like $50.... I think your better off getting chicks from TSC. ($2.00 - $4.00)

I've purchased (within different time spans) over 20 birds from MPC. I've only received one that didn't make it. The rest, wonderfully healthy, and the genders rather accurate.
When I strayed from MPC to Meyer's... a batch of 18 eggs only had one hatch healthy. She was a wonderful hen, but passed young.

MPC has done good for me and I'd fully recommend it from experience.
