We've ordered two sets of chickens from them - the first time 6 & the second set was a set of 8. All arrived healthy and energetic. Both groups arrived on Wednesday and our post office called us both times between 7:30 & 8 AM to see if we wanted them delivered or we wanted to pick them up.
I emailed them back in March, since they did not send me a notification of when to expect my chicks after a week and received a response within 24 hours. They were very friendly & very quick to respond and they have kept to the week they scheduled my delivery both times.
The $25 charge for small chick orders is a bit brow raising, but considering my chicks went through all their gro-gel this last time, it was probably worth it. (I definitely appreciate not having to order 25 chickens...)
I have *knock on wood* not had problems with pasty butt or problems with the girls health...
