I lost one of my mystery chicks but the rest are doing absolutely wonderful. How many had you ordered?

Every chick I've ordered online has come from MPC, I've never lost one before.

I've ordered two separate orders, one of four chicks one of five.

Not sure who you are asking but we had an order of 22. 2 were DOA. I lost another 3 after that and my friend has lost 4. She lost another today!

I'm getting a bit nervous because it was pretty cold last night. Hopefully my chicks are all good.

My chicks have arrived!! We got the call about 30 min ago. They're all healthy and appear happy. Although one seems to have an issue with a toe, we're gonna watch it and see how it goes for the next few hours.

Heat pack was included.

Okay now you all are starting to freak me out. I've never ordered live chicks before so this is all new to me. I have 17 ordered (eight for a friend and nine for me) and they are to ship this week... the 11th. So now I'm sitting here anxious since Oklahoma can't decide if it will be warm or cold, rainy or dry, windy or calm. LOL


Edited to add --- How do I tell which chicks are which? We have ordered a mixture of breeds. Thank you!

Ours are good and it was below freezing here overnight. We also had two shipments last year, one being in April. I'm sure you'll be good.

Are to ship? When? Just curious.

As for figuring out the who's is who's, that depends a LOT on what breeds you bought. Could be fun!
