My order for 4 chickens went through on my credit card but not to them...... has anyone had this problem with this company before?

Are you saying your card was charged but they didn't get your order? I don't think this is possible. If the charge went onto your credit card then they have to have received your order too - otherwise how would they know to charge your card?

I never received a receipt. But there is a charge on my card/bank account of 135.80 here is the copy and paste from my online statement.....
04/30/10 MY PET CHICKEN LLC $135.80

They might have a software issue. It might have not entered on their system, but they would have received the money if you were charged. I would call My pet Chicken and tell them what happened. They might have a software issue they don't know is there.

All they have to do is look at deposits on their end.

well i keep emailing them with no response. i have to other orders that went through with a receipt. i don't really like to talk on the phone, i will if i have to !
