Flying pigs farm just across the river from me deals exclusively with these pigs. I know theyre hard to find. Iam in NY and I dont think you're too very far from my area.

I hope to find some red wattles someday too. I have three landrace type black barrows and they are a lot of fun so far. Pigs are so easy I wish I had gotten some a long time ago.

Yes they are easy especially once you have a good fence up.

If anyone hears of a red wattle sow in the NY area let me know. I checked flyingpigs website it doesn't say they have red wattles.

We have decided not to get a pet pig because that's what we would end up with. It might start out intended for the freezer......
