My poor adorable hen got hurt by her rooster due to him excessively going ontop of her (we can’t get another hen for him at the moment)and i need help

You will need more hens no matter whether you keep the roo or not as the hen can't be kept alone and the rooster can't have just one hen. For now keep them in a see but no touch situation but either way you need more hens

Asserting warnings in all caps is pretty dramatic. It's anything with "caine," in the word that typically means pain relief. Just read ingredients. Most people have tubes of Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic that are JUST FINE.
Ok! My tube specifically says pain killer ointment so that's why I said that. I just didn't want them to hurt their chicken.

Neosporin contains neomycin an antibiotic that treats gram negative bacteria. It is safe unless someone is allergic to it. It is used in people’s eyes for eye infections, and on wounds if you are treated in the ER. So, it is wrong to tell everyone it is toxic and should not be used. It is fine to use bacitracin ointment as well, it just doesn’t contain the neomycin. As far as painkiller goes, some Neosporin, along with some hemorrhoid creams, and other creams may contain lidocaine, pramocaine (pramoxin,) and others. Those when given in large amounts may be rough on poultry, but vets do use them during surgeries. So, I usually avoid the ones with painkillers.

Oh no I meant that everyone says the pain killers in it is bad for chickens not for humans.
