My poor duckie

My ducks are never apart but today I noticed one was missing. I looked in the duck home and she was laying there and began hissing and shaking. It does look like she got pecked but is this the reason why she acting like this? I also noticed her eyes look weird.

I'm not sure what you would do for her eye. She probably got it pecked at defending her nest.

Your drake/drakes may be harassing and trying to breed her while she is trying to set. I'd make sure they can not access her.
