My poor hen is sick, I don't know what it is

My hen of 4yrs has fallen ill, my guess is she has a tumor. Her stomach is extremely swollen and now she is vomiting a gross yellow liquid. I fear it's too late to do anything, but if anyone has any advice I would gladly take it.

Is her crop swollen, or it is her lower abdomen? If her crop is large, is it hard, soft and balloon-like? With crop impaction, or sour crop, the crop can be full of bad smelling rotting grass or food. If her belly is swollen, does it feel tight like it is full of water or like a mass? Has your hen recently been laying eggs?

Her lower abdomen is swollen, it is tight like a water balloon and she isn't passing any eggs.
