We have (2) Male Mallards and (2) Male Blue Swedish and my poor (1) Female Mallard is getting mauled by the Blue Swedes, they are over twice her size and they are trying to breed with her. She is always limping.

Assuming we made a mistake and its hard to mix the breeds? Or is it because we don't have a Female Blue Swede?

I will be separating them and finding them a new home and keep my Mallards. I feel so bad for her and she is so sweet.

Having a hard time finding Mallard hens.. What if I got my Blue Swedes a few hens, would they stop bothering my Mallard?

Yes! Do separate her! You just had the female to male ratio wrong(which is it ok and it happens). I have 1 male to 3 females. So every 1 male 3 females is good. So I would give away some males or get 11 females(really 12 but you already have one!)

Your ratio is 4 males to 1 female? Of course they are hard on her.
Your ratio should be the opposite. You should either keep an all male flock and get rid of the female or add at least 3 females per male.
They could overmate her to poor health or worse to death and it's not even breeding season yet!
