How old is she? I had this happen to a chick one time. For some reason they did not like her. But they plucked her till she bled. I cleaned it real well, and put bluekote on it. She lived in the house until she healed. Then when I put her back out slowly they tried to do it again. She know lives with 3 other hens in my back yard. And they all get along fantastic. I hope this helps some. Good luck.

I would definetly seperate her until she is healed. Sometimes chickens can be mean. I have 4 RIR hens that live in the fence behind my house with my male goats and guinea's. They were all picked on at one time. Made to bleed. Now that they are all healed they live together in harmony. They will never go back in with the main flock. They have 2 new friends. A Naked Neck Rooster and hen. They all get along fantastic. Good luck. I hope and pray she heals fast.
