Last night my 15 week old pull it was acting totally normal.

This morning she will not eat when we went out to feed them,
She was going off by herself in the coop and sleeping. … she is however drinking water well . She wants to be near her sisters but I have her in a dog crate in the coop Run so they can’t big her - but she’s now pacing …Should I take her up to our porch? Away from the girls ?
Never been in a crate - I didn’t want to stress her more . It could be worms ?? I bought her from a farmer and I don’t think she’s been wormed . I’m a new chicken mama - any advice would be appreciated

How's your hen?
She’s resting . Not really eating much - notice she’s sleeping with beak and head tucked under wing . I havent seen that before . Have had her for 3 weeks . She did eat a different brand feed yesterday - but the other pullets did too - and they are fine .
She has watery stool a little mucus and a hint of green

Answer these questions.->

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use

Also the base of run is sand - - right now we have potty pads in bottom of the small coop box as we are waiting for our hemp bedding to come in . My husband threw some fresh grass clippings in run last night for them to forage around in - we don’t treat our grass. Like I said her two sisters are just fine .. so IDK ?

They are all 3 Rhode Island Red Pullets

What do you feed them? Brand and type, could she have gotten into anything toxic?
