My pullet is dead, need help possibly identifying cause to prevent death of others

Hi, sorry the title is a bit long, my now dead pullet was gonna turn 10 weeks this Friday, so she’s quite young, we live in the Texas area and in the sub-urbs so not that many predators, we let them free range and she died in an area with no trees for about 10-20 feet and their coop about 10 feet away, so it was a surprise attack, or they were too slow, but this wasn’t a common fox attack or smth, the body was still there only a bit of blood on the neck, while her wing/wings were broken and tails plucked near her rear, predator most likely got scared and didnt eat, for some reason-
And the predator options are probably this hawk/eagle, rodents and maybe a fox, although as I mentioned we’re in the middle of nowhere so i doubt fox, but yeah

Do you guys have any idea of what it was

You may not see predators but you could have coyotes, dogs, even bobcats and not know it.

Was she in a fenced yard?
Usually coyote or dog attacks are pretty violent, as are raccoons (most nocturnal).
Hawk, possibly. Or maybe a feral cat, especially with the neck wound.
It's very hard to even hazard a guess without pictures of the area, and the pullet.
I would definitely recommend walking the area, particularly areas with bare ground, and see if any tracks are obvious.

Yes fenced, dog next door but no signs of getting in cat possibly definitely will walk and see but its quite dry here and hasnt been rain for a couple days

Yes we were gone at 8 and didnt check outside till 12 (noon), then we saw the dead body, so four hours things could’ve happened

I don't believe I've ever lived anywhere, city or sticks, that didn't have raccoons. Or coyotes, for that matter.
This doesn't sound like either to me. But personally I'd make sure my coop could withstand a raccoon attack.
