My pullet is shaking, won't leave the nesting box! Help!

So sorry for your loss. A necropsy can be done by your state vet to determine the cause, but the body needs to be refrigerated in a plastic bag and shipped or taken. I would definitely get one if another gets sick. This link has contact info and other instructions: http://www.metzerfarms.com/PoultryLabs.cfm

I'm so sorry you lost her! X2 on Eggcessives advise, I would definitely consider sending her for necropsy. That way you will know for sure what happened, and can treat the rest of your flock accordingly.
