My pullets poop is weird looking

My 14-15 week old black sex link pullet has been dropping some strange looking poos. Almost ground beef looking. I’ve attached some photos so hopefully one of you guys can help me diagnose it. Thanks. I’ve been giving them lots of watermelon so maybe that’s a factor.
