Hi!
In May my daughter and I were in Peavey Mart getting a new incubator. Well it was a week after their “chick days”. April-July every Wednesday chicks purchased online are delivered to the store plus extra for walk in purchases. Some how these cute little chicks made it into our car…lol. They were already a week old so we even got a discount.
At the time those 4 were going to be our only chicks…I think this is when chicken math comes in lol…but we have purchased more and they are due for pick up today. But this for me curious as I forgot to look at the sign for the breed and let my daughter pick.
They always list what was provided (see photo) at the store. My daughter swears they were in the Americana/Sapphire Gem area. While I know Americana is another name for Easter Egger so it is possible (just a no muff one).
But when I was looking at Hoover’s Hatchery (where they get their chicks). I was thinking it was a Starlight Green Egger.
Thoughts?
