I'm pretty sure 10 of them are runners and the two solid black ones are either Hookbills or Cayugas.

the 2 black ones do remind me of what my 2 cayuga looked like at that age lol

The two little fat black ones I'm pretty sure they are cayugas. Their little feathers already have a brillant green in them. They are going to be beautiful!!!!
