My quail is still puffing up after feeding her dewormer

My quail was diagnosed with internal parasites and i have to syring feed her her food and water,but she is still puffing up. Ihave fed her this Flubenvet feed for two days.Do i need to wait longer to see the results?,will she start eating by herself soon?

Also she hasnt started laying either and the other one has layed about 8 eggs.She doesnt call and im pretty sure she's a female, is it just because shes got parasites?
