It looks good to me!!

The fact that they are all so perfectly feathered out means that they arent stressed and picking at each other....

(but you might want to wait for a more experienced opinion)

I think your cages are great. I want them but I think that the fact that the hens aren't missing some feathers on the back of their heads means the roos are not mating with them.

EXACTLY!!!

And led lighting is 100% approved! i have several pens under led christmas lights that are laying like mad! fertility is a lil down- 82-84% average the past 2 months. Hens will continue the same fertility but decreased production as they age. I finally lost my dino hen 3 months ago---- she was 8 yrs old! even in her antique state she produced no less than 3 eggs a week, often upwards of 5. Also pick a feed and stick with it--- Do not switch feeds as this will send them into a tailspin and halt egg production for upwards of a month... I have 34 hens on the production line, they average 26 eggs a day (many of my girls are upwards of 3 yrs old..) this average is current--- now during winter, during spring/ summer it will increase. I feed purina 30% gamebird starter 24/7/ 365. they always have fresh clean water, and they are under led supplimental lighting. they get vitamin and mineral suppliment added to the water weekly. during the summer months when temps stay above 90 they get vit c added to their water 3x's a week to help maintain egg production while under heat stress. any treats they get fly into their pens, or crawl into them.....

good new photos - well, you definitely have boys and girls, and they don't look too old either (I go by how gnarly the scales on the legs and feet are)
what is on the floor of the cage? that's the only thing that looks suspect to me - they like woodchips or something they can push around and get comfy in
