My Rabbits Need a Loving Home

Hello! It's a long story but we found out rather unexpectedly that we need to move. We attempted to find a house with enough land to keep all of our animals, but it looks as if we will be moving into a less rural more residential area. To make a long story short, our neighbor across the street was able to take all of our chickens, turkeys and peacocks..he's a great guy so that is a blessing. The harder part is we have 17 bunnies and need to rehome at least 8 of them. We have 2 dwarf bunnies and the remaining 6 are lops, 3 of them are spayed/neutered. This is heartbreaking for us but we can't take 17 bunnies to a residential neighborhood. All I am interested in is giving them a nice home with people that will love and care for them. My husband has four of them in an outdoor bunny "condo" that he built and they are happy as can be. The rest are in hutches. I know the condo scenario won't be possible for them most likely but I thought it worth mentioning since that is what they are used to.. if you are interested, let me know. What area are you in? My mom may be close to you and they just lost 2 bunnies in 2 years, they have an outdoor pen that used to be a play house.

Ams3651, I am really concerned about a good home for my "condo" bunnies - Nate - neutered male french lop (black and white) 2 years old, Cher - female (obviously) 3 years old black french lop and mini Cher - female 2 years old black french lop. I saw them this morning running around and twirling (bunnies do this twirl in the air it's cute) and I would hate to see them in a hutch. They are used to some freedom now. Let me know what you think.

Chicken boy kurt, I have Holly who is a chincilla french lop 3 years old. She is by herself in a condo right now but was in a hutch for a while before that. I also have one lionhead opal male - Oscar - 8 months old approximately. Let me know.
