My rooster done lost his mind.

Some people have their aggressive roosters treated with an hormonal implant, usually these implants are good for about 6-10 month, depending on the size. You could try it for him.
I'll look into it. As long as he just attacks me and no one else, I'll deal with it. I'll have to shave down his spurs when he grows them fully. I'm just the kind of person, when I get an animal, I do everything in my power to keep them. I have to rehome my Alaskan malamute as shes killed 2 chickens and now she has moved on to neighbor hood cats and almost killed the neighbors small dog when it got too close to her lead. My mom has a lot of rescue cats that shes put a lot of money into and I cant have her kill them. Shes become a danger to all the animals on our kinda urban homestead. If HaiHai attacks anyone else besides me, he is gone.

I had a roo that was aggressive towards me and I rehomed it. The next roo in line to the thrown almost immediately took his place in trying to sneak attack me. Because I like this boy so much more, I work harder at it. When he's being feisty, I immediately catch him with a net and carry him around. Seems to work. Sometimes he forgets and I have to show him what's up again.

Also, my 77 year old grandmother lives with us and feeds the chickens almost as much as I do, and he's never even tried with her. I think they see me as a threat because I am the boss.
That makes me feel better!! I will invest in a net for immediate capture. For now I have to wait until hes roosted. But that'll work because his hens will see him hemmed up.

Another thing that might stop him: spray him with a cold water bottle each time he starts.

Some clarifying questions:

How long have you had the seramas?
Was the rooster aggressive before you brought in these new birds?
How long has he been aggressive?

We have that issue with some around here but with my wife mostly. She has the worst problems. I think I am recognized as the coop leader but at that sometimes one will "challenge my lead" Which I thinik is what is happening here. He is feeling the urge to breed and somehow sees you as interfering with that I think. I get it here becaus3e I will have too many roos at a time I haven't finished my separate bachelor pad yet. Trying to analyze his reasons by understanding what his goals are may help you. Also try moving a little slower and less aggressivly I think that is a large part of why I have so few troubles I am semi decrepit slow walker so move at a un threatening pace. I dunno just spit balling for you. I hate to see aloved roo go especially if he is good for the flock. I"ll put up with alot from a roo good to my girls watchful of threats etc.

I’m no expert but have raised many other animals. I don’t think castrating him will fix his issues. JMO

I’m no expert with chickens but I’m doubtful that castration will fill fix him. Err
It might “fix” him, but I don’t think it will cure him.
I’ve raised dogs and horses and once it’s set in them, they continue many of the same behaviors.

He was with a lot of older roosters and a few older hens in a shed when I purchased him. I let my chickens do their thing. I check their feathers and feet once a week. They hate it. He freaks out when I grab his favorite hens, but he has never attacked me.
Grabbing his hens and checking them weekly is the cause of this aggression. He sees you as a threat to the flock and is confused by your actions.Perhaps you can do this task where he can't see or hear you is my only suggestion to help him better resolve his confusion with your intended purpose. You might want to let someone else "check their feathers and feet" and see if he reacts to them in the same way as you. If you can find an easier way to do the checks so it won't be so stressful for the chickens you "may" find he will become less aggressive.

I raised a Husky from a pup and he started killing animals under a year old.I was never able to break him of it and finally gave him away.In all my years of keeping dogs and raising pups he was the only dog I ever raised that killed animals. If I had to do it over I'd put him down because I feel bad for all the animals he killed. He killed a turkey and cats and field mice just to name a few... he ate them all .He never killed any of mine ironically.
