My rooster eats a lot but loses weight (1/4 bw loss, he's excessively weak)

My Serama rooster eats a lot, his crop is big in the evening, but his comb is very very pale (light pink) and he has lost one quarter of his weight.
He's very weak and doesn't want to leave his cage.
There is undigested food in his droppings.
That means he's as light as a feather.
What can I do ?

Are you providing him with grit? What are you feeding him?

Yes he has grit, mealworms, hen food.
I dewormed him 2 days ago but no improvment so I'm afraid it's a disease

I'd cut out the layer feed, it's not good for roosters. Also, mealworms is a treat, & should never, be the main diet.

The excessive weight loss, & paleness makes me believe cancer, which is what killed my first rooster.

As regards mealworms, he's usually sleepy but when he sees me giving worms he comes first
I think he's got an anemia and needs proteins.
If it's bad for him, what should I feed him ?

Cancer. He had a huge tumor in his gut, found it during necropsy.

Anemia was a symptom of cancer for my boy too.

Anemia is caused by low iron, or low blood count. So, he'd need greens high in iron, like spinach, broccoli, or lettuce.
