My rooster has an eye injury from fighting with another rooster.

My rooster has received this injury about two days ago and I'm curious to know if any on you guys have seen something like this. I've tried looking up similar injuries online but I've had no luck. Do you guys think his eye will heal overtime or is this something I need a Vet for?

It should heal with proper care. Flush daily with saline eye wash and dab Terramycin antibiotic eye ointment in it twice a day until it's back to normal.

Once you begin flushing with saline or eye wash, and using the Terramycin or other antibiotic ointment, could you get another picture of the eye? It is hard to see the eyeball, and it is possible that the eye was punctured, but hopefully not.
